NOW^® Sleep is a combination of ingredients formulated to help ease the mind andrelax the body to promote naturally drifting off into a restful sleep. NOW^® Sleep uses Valerian and Hops extracts, two herbs that have been traditionally used to promote a calm, relaxed state, reduce nervousness and restlessness, and support rejuvenating sleep. Passionfl ower further supports a calming effect and has been associated with providing insomnia relief due to menopause. GABA is added to ease nervous tension. NOW^® tests ingredients for identity, potency, purity including adulterants, heavy metals
and microbiological contaminants. NOW^®Sleep created many positive outcomes in a Quality of Sleep Study where subjects reported falling asleep faster, waking less during the night, feeling more rested upon waking, and had greater energy levels the next day. Valerian Root Extract (Valeriana officinalis)(Min 0.8% Valeric Acids) 300 mg
Hops (Humulus lupulus) (4:1 Extract) (Strobiles) 150 mg
Passionflower Extract (Passioflora incarnata) (Aerial Parts) 100 mg
GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) 100 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Ascorbyl Palmitate, Silica.

Risk Information:

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness or have sedative properties. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia) or if you have depression and/or related diseases.
