Preparation instructions

Adult: Mix one scoop (3.2 oz) of Vega Sport Sugar-Free Energizer in 1 cup (8 fl oz) of cold water and drink 20 minutes prior to low intensity or short duration (less than 1 hour) exercise. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
