Our Mint Nib Crunch thrills the palate naturally with a revitalizing blend of peppermint oil and anti-oxidant rich cacao nibs in dark chocolate.

These ingredients are deceptively simple. The 72% dark chocolate base, robust and deep yet never bitter, pairs perfectly with notes of peppermint, melting liquid-smooth against the almost gritty natural texture of anti-oxidant rich cacao nibs.

From the Chef: Jean-François developed the crunchy texture of this bar with natural cacao nibs to avoid the stickiness of sugary candy bits. “The peppermint oil combines with that extra kick of cocoa in the dark chocolate base to create a very nice balance of flavors.”
