Medicinal ingredient: Red Raspberry (Rubus idaeus) 450 mg

Directions:
Adults take 3 capsules 3 times per day. Not recommended for long term use.

Warning:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if symptoms persist or worsen. For the use as a supportive agent for normal childbirth, this product should only be taken during the final 8-10 weeks of pregnancy. Consult a health care practitioner if you have a hormone-sensitive condition, such as breast, uterine, or ovarian cancer, endometriosis, uterine fibroids.

Contra-indications: Pregnant women with a history of precipitated labor, do not use. Do not use in pregnancy prior to 32 weeks gestation. Do not use it if you have iron-deficiency or anemia. Do not use if you have inflammation or ulceration of the gastrointestinal tract.

Known adverse reactions: May stimulate uterine contractions.
