QUICK SIMPLE BREAKFAST OPTION

Simple, quick and a great morning breakfast with a lot of good carbs and fiber!

Heat some water (tea boiler is really quick). Then get a bowl and put steel cut oats, add some hot water, chia, flax seed and psyllium husk!

 

This breakfast would help you regulate your digestive system if you have any problem with it. Remember that you need to ingest breakfast maximum one hour after you wake up!
