INGREDIENTS
1 container Daiya Plain Cream Cheese Style Spread
1 can Coconut Milk, refrigerated for two days and liquid drained
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
2 tsp vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
Place mixer bowl and whisk into freezer for 10-15 minutes until it's very cold
Remove bowl from freezer and coconut milk from refrigerator
Add thick white cream of the coconut milk into the bowl (you can save the clear liquid for smoothies)
Beat until thick ad creamy and it holds a stiff peak
Remove from bowl and set aside
add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix using a whisk until no lumps remain
Fold coconut cream into peanut butter mixture
Add whatever toppings you desire and enjoy!
