Uses:

Sea Moss is versatile that it can be
consumed directly in its gel form or
mixed with Smoothies, Teas, Coffees,
Desserts, Soups or Stews.
Consumable Recommendations:
2-4 tablespoons per day.

Storage:
Refrigerate (before Consumption) and keep refrigerated.

Shelf life: Expect maximum 2 weeks of expiration date. This is a fresh product and has no gums and/or fillers. If you are buying online outside Montreal, please be aware that the item may be too close to expiration. We will not be able to do refunds
