Instructions:
1. Rinse Sea Moss in water to remove all sediments until water is clear. Scrub sea moss with a lime for a deeper cleanse.
2.- Soak Sea Moss in spring, filtered, or alkaline water overnight (or for a minimum of 12 hours). Do not use tap water to avoid absorption of toxins and heavy metals.
3.- Drain and rinse once more, transfer sea moss into a blender. Add spring, filtered, or alkaline water until the sea moss is fully submerged.
4.- Blend Sea Moss until a smooth consistency is reached.
5.- Transfer the Sea Moss gel into a glass container and refrigerate up to a month to preserve freshness.
Storage: Dry sea moss should be stored
in a cool, dry, and dark place for up to one year.
