Our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Peppery from Spain is obtained by pressing four varieties of olives Picual, Arbequina, Hojiblanca et Picuda which give it an old gold colour with green ochre highlights. Its smooth and subtle ripe fruit taste is the result of late harvesting.
Our Olive Oil is GMO-Free and naturally rich in omega-9 monounsaturated fatty acid, recognized in the Mediterranean diet. It contains polyphenols which are natural antioxidants.
Did you know? Green and black olives do not have the same colour because they do not have the same maturity level.
