Recommended Dose: Adults: Take a maximum of 2 capsules daily at mealtime or as directed by healthcare practitioner. Contact healthcare practitioner for prolonged use beyond 1 year.

Additives: No artificial flavours or colours. No preservatives, sweeteners, dairy, gluten, wheat or yeast.

Warning: Do not use if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, if you currently have or previously had breast cancer or breast tumours or if you have a predisposition to breast cancer, as indicated by an abnormal mammogram or biopsy, or have a family member with breast cancer, have a history of hormonal or gynaecological disease including, ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, hormone sensitive conditions such as endometriosis or uterine fibroids, if taking blood thinners or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if taking hormone replacement therapy including thyroid hormone replacement therapy, have liver dysfunction, develop symptoms of liver trouble, have diabetes, and/or if symptoms persist or worsen. Ensure you are up-to-date on mammograms and gynaecological evaluations prior to use. May cause dizziness, headache, dry mouth or abscesses. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience breast pain, discomfort or tenderness, or if you experience a recurrence of menstruation uterine spotting or if hypersensitivity occurs..
