Ecoideas Organic Maca HP (high potency) Tea has a subtle pleasant flavor. Our standardized dehydration process preserves and concentrates maca’s active properties, which can be damaged by other drying processes.

Suggested Use: Add 1 tbsp (5g) of maca pieces to 1 cup of water (250 ml) and simmer on the stove for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy as is, or sweetened. You may re-brew the maca once more, or eat the pieces afterward! Drinking 1 cup daily is recommended, but always adjust according to your individual needs. If brewed only once, this bag provides over 22 cups of tea!
