Pour nous assurer que notre alternative au yogourt à base de plantes a un goût autre que « alternatif », nous commençons avec de la viande de noix de coco biologique ramassée à la main. Nous le réduisons en purée jusqu'à ce qu'il soit parfaitement lisse, puis nous ajoutons une poignée d'ingrédients. Et nous faisons tout cela sans produits laitiers ni substances artificielles.
