    • Non-refrigerated Items & Refrigerated Items
    • Orders will be delivered the same day, we do not deliver on weekends

  • For perishables, please add gel packs if wanted. We reduce gel packs usage and we assume you are on the same page if you don't add any.
  • For perishables, try to avoid using our services in hot days and/or add enough gel packs if wanted.
  • For office deliveries, please write on Address line 2 "closing hours".
  • For office deliveries, call the store if you don't write a message.
  • For office deliveries, if we were not notified, we will mark order as failed.
  • For apartment deliveries, we will leave box in mailroom/lobby.
  • For apartment deliveries, if not able to get into lobby, we will mark order as failed.
  • For failed orders, box will be available next business day in the store for pick up.
  • For failed orders, we do not attempt a second delivery.
  • We don't offer refunds for thrown away products. Please wait until our team answers you on how to proceed.

It's simple to redeem points


Create and/or login to your account, click on the bottom left corner (NS LOYALTY PROGRAM). Click on "Redeem points to get discount on your order". If you haven't created one, regardless of having placed orders, you need to do so.


Click on the menu "redemption catalog


Scroll right/left the amount you want to redeem (maximum the subtotal amount you have on your cart). Coupon will be created, and you can apply it to the cart.


You have 24 hours to use it. If you decide not to use the coupon code, no worries, points will go back to your account after 24 business hours.
