We make this Italian favorite from scratch with our rich tomato broth, savory organic vegetables, tender beans and pasta. Dairy free/soy free/lactose free/corn free/tree nut free/vegan/kosher (Light in Sodium also available.) Our Hearty Minestrone Soup is a recipe that was passed down from our Chef Fred’s “Old Nonna,” his Italian great-grandmother. When he asked her how to make it, she refused to write it down. Instead, she offered to cook it with him on a Saturday morning. After an entire day, the soup was still not finished. It must sit overnight, she explained, for the flavors to become full and rich. Our Hearty Minestrone Soup is still made the same way today.
