Also referred to as Indian Frankincense, Boswellia serrata has a rich history of use in Ayurveda, India’s ancient system of medicine. It has traditionally been used to ease inflammation, especially in the knee joints. Research has demonstrated that boswellia can reduce inflammation in osteoarthritis and has proven effective in alleviating the severity of inflammatory conditions.

Taking boswellia extract has been shown to help protect glycosaminoglycan, a key component of cartilage, from breaking down.

Boswellia serrata was traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine for inflammatory conditions. Produced by AOR in a liquid softgel capsule, Boswellia aids in reducing the pain and swelling of such conditions as osteoarthritis of the knee.

Boswellia supports proper joint function, helping aches and pains subside so you can get back to being yourself. Previously a difficult herb to make bioavailable, AOR has formulated it in a way which enhances its absorption by the body to increase its effect. This product is vegan and carrageenan-free.

Each capsule contains: 333 mg Boswellia serrata extract (5:1, 40% boswellic acids)
