Tradition Lavender tea from Clef des Champs is made from top quality organic lavender flowers. Lavender seems to have an antispasmodic effect on smooth muscles and may have an analgesic, relaxing and sedative action. Used for its tonic action on the nervous system.
Dosage: Drink 2 to 4 cups a day.
Instructions: Pour 1 litre of boiling water over 2 tbsp of herbs, cover and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Filter.
