Our rye flour blend combines white and medium rye flours, pumpernickel, and unbleached all-purpose flour. You get full rye flavor and a lighter, loftier texture. Use it as is for a classic rye bread, or combine it with wheat flour for a slightly milder-tasting loaf PLEASE NOTE: The recipe on the back of the pouch was printed with a missing ingredient.
