What you'll need:

  • 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp + Extra for forming Olive Oil
  • 1/3 Cup + 2Tbsp Extra Water

Makes two 8" pizza crusts or one 10'' x 10'' square.

Heatย oven to 350ยบF.

Whiskย apple cider vinegar, oil and 1/3 cup water together in a large bowl. Add mix; stir well until a dough is formed. Dough should be soft and easy to form into crusts without crumbling. Add up to 2 Tbsp additional water if dough crumbles and breaks easily.

Useย the extra oil to coat a sheet pan and your hands before the dough. Roll dough into one or two equal-sized balls. Place ball on an oiled pan. Lightly oil hands (to prevent sticking). Shape dough into one 10 x 10-inch square or two 8-inch circles with raised edges.

Bakeย crusts for 15 minutes without toppings or until crust is slightly golden on the surface. Remove from oven; add sauce and any desired toppings. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.

Removeย from oven, slice and enjoy!

Tipsย For a crispier crust, use a dark colored baking pan. Decrease you bake time by 5 minutes for each step.
