Derived from the amino acid L-methionine, S-adenosyl l-methionine, or SAMe (pronounced “sammy”) for short, is a compound found in all living cells. SAMe plays a part in the production, activation and use of hormones, neurotransmitters, proteins, lipids and certain drugs. SAMe supports and promotes mood and emotional well-being.

Directions: Adults, take one tablet daily or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
