This wild forest honey is harvested through sustainable beekeeping in Abitibi-Témiscamingue in northern Quebec. It contains concentrations of nectar and pollen from wild medicinal flowers that are unique to the Quebec ecosystem. The honey is harvested in an artisanal way and on a small scale with the greatest care. It is never heated (cold extracted) and produced without the use of chemicals or antibiotics (no cruelty to bees). A pure product from the Quebec ‘Terroir’.
