La couleur plus foncée et le goût plus prononcé de notre miel d'automne sont offerts notamment par la verge d'or et le sarrasin, ainsi que les sauvages fleurs avoisinantes. Nous récoltons ce miel en août et septembre. Le miel brut d'automne est plus crémeux, il cristallise finement.
