Convenient
Ferosom Sachets require only one dose per day and can be taken with or without food. Absorption is not affected by foods/drinks that contain caffeine or calcium. You can pour the contents in the sachet directly into your mouth to dissolve or mix it into water, a juice/smoothie or even yogurt. Do not mix the sachet into anything hot.
What does liposomal mean?
Liposomal refers to an advanced nutrient delivery system.
Liposomes are what actually carry the nutrient (in this case, iron) directly to your cells and body tissue. You can think of them as tiny fat-soluble bubbles that encapsulate the iron and mimic the structure of our cell membranes. This allows for enhanced intestinal and cellular absorption.
