Ingredients: Each ml of Plantain syrup contains:
Ribwort fresh organic leaves Plantago lanceolata 216 mg 1:3
Marshmallow fresh organic root Althaea officinalis 50 mg 1:3
Purple echinacea fresh organic root Echinacea purpurea 36 mg 1:4
Mullein fresh organic leaves Verbascum thapsus 31 mg 1:5
Narrow-leaf echinacea fresh organic root Echinacea angustifolia 17 mg 1:4
Non medicinal ingredients: pure vegetable glycerine and water, organic fir essential oil Abies balsamea
Directions:
Adults: 3 ml, 3 times daily. Dilute in a small amount of water.
Children (2 to 12 year old): 0.75 ml, 3 times daily. Dilute in a small amount of water.
