This olive oil has a fresh, herbaceous aroma and is delicious on and in everything! It is so light it can be used as a garnish or for cooking (do avoid heating above the smoking point).

Use for stir-frying and baking. A success in tabbouleh and vegetable, quinoa and mushroom salads. Here’s a treat: Sauté polenta in a little of this oil and serve with tomato sauce and grated cheese.
