A fresh, sweet and green aroma can characterize our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delicate. Notes of fresh almond, banana and herbs can be detected during tasting. A harmonious oil that is neither too spicy nor too ardent to perfume your everyday dishes.
Without GMOs, our olive oil is naturally rich in monounsaturated fatty acids omega-9, well known in the Mediterranean diet. It contains polyphenols, which are natural antioxidants.
Did you know? Canadians consume on average 1.5 litres of olive oil per year. It's much less than the Greeks who consume 23 litres a year.
