Our Sunflower Oil has a clear yellow colour and is characterized by the light aroma and sometimes bitter taste of raw sunflower seeds. It is a perfect trimming to cabbage salads. It revives the simplest green leaves with a touch of mustard, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup. It can also be integrated into baking recipes.
