Cocktail Mate Mojito
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5oz White Rum
- 1 Lime
- 2 Teaspoons of Cane Sugar
- Mate Libre Mint & Lime
- Fresh mint (for presentation)
PREPARATION
1. Cut half of the lime into quarters.
2. In a tall glass, mash the limes with a pestle.
3. Add the cane sugar and white rum.
4. Fill with ice.
5. Add the Mate Libre Menthe & Lime and mix.
6. Garnish with a slice of lime and mint leaves.
