Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) an annual Mediterranean and Asiatic herb with aromatic seeds. Fenugreek is used worldwide as a culinary spice as well as a food soothing to the stomach. Fenugreek also acts as a laxative, lubricates the intestines, and reduces fever. Fenugreek also promotes lactation in nursing mothers and is good for the eyes and for inflammation and lung disorders.
Warnings: Double safety sealed with a printed outer shrinkwrap film and a printed inner bottle freshness seal. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing.
Recommended Use: Take two capsules two or three time daily, preferably with food.
