Instrutions: Pour 1 litre of boiling water over 2 tbsp of herb, cover and let steep for 15 minutes. Filter.
Dosage: Drink 2 to 3 cups a day.
Contraindications: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, if breastfeeding, having gastro-intestinal irritation, ulcers or gallstones. Avoid using simultaneously with prescription drugs. Do not use with alcohol, drugs or natural products with sedative properties. Some people may experience drowsiness. Caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a vehicule or performing activities requiring mental alertness
